How do I book?You can book by calling the clinic on 0141 333 1900, using our dedicated booking system via our website or clicking the 'book now' links we share via social media.

How do I cancel?You can cancel at any time using any of the methods you used to book your appointment. Please note that a cancellation policy applies and you will be unable to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment times using these methods. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will need to phone the clinic to discuss your options.

Do I need to pay a deposit?All treatments are subject to a deposit of 50% of the full cost of treatment. This will be refunded if cancelled before the 48hour cancellation period. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no show.

Do you offer finance?We currently do not offer finance, however, we do offer payment plans for our medical weight loss services. We aim to have finance available in 2023 as an option for all treatments.

How do you store my information?All patient information is stored on encrypted cloud-based Electronic Records Management systems accessible only by our staff. All records are fully GDPR compliant and subject to our own data handling policy.

Are you HIS registered?Yes, we are registered and fully compliant with HIS. In addition, our doctors and nurses are registered with the GMC and/or NMC.

What is your refund policy?We offer a full refund to patients who are medically unsuitable for treatment. We also offer a 100% money back for appointments cancelled within the 48 hour cancellation period.

Where are you based?Our Main Clinic and Head Office is based in Glasgow City Centre: 264 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4JP.

How long do results take?All results are subject to the type of treatment and the individual patient. Your practitioner will have a consultation with you prior to any treatment where a customised programme with realistic results will be discussed.

What do I do if I have a reaction?If you experience a severe reaction, we advise to seek immediate medical attention or call NHS24. If the reaction is minor, you should call the clinic for further advice. We offer an emergency out of hours option on our main telephone line.

I am in pain after treatment, what do I do?Your practitioner will discuss postcare with you at the time of your treatment, as well as receiving an aftercare leaflet in your email/portal. We are also available to answer your concerns by calling the clinic on 0141 333 1900. As above, if you experience any major discomfort and/or unusual pain, we advise you to contact NHS24.

What is the minimum age for treatment?We are unable to treat any patient under the age of 18 years old.

Can I have treatments whilst pregnant?We are unable to treat anyone who is pregnant, due to contraindication.

How often can I have anti-wrinkle treatment ?The recommended time between anti-wrinkle treatment is typically 3 to 4 months. However, the exact time frame may vary depending on individual factors such as the strength of the muscle and the dosage used. However, this may vary from patient to patient so a customised plan will be discussed with you at your initial consultation.

What is your covid-19 policy?We would ask that any patient who has tested positive or suspect that they may be positive for Covid, to avoid attending the clinic. Please call the clinic to reschedule, alternatively, a virtual consultation may be available depending on the treatment.

Do you have parking nearby?There is ample on-street parking outside the clinic or across the road (opposite The Kings theatre). There is also lower cost parking available a short 5 minute walk at the Mitchell Library as well as an NCP car park just off ElmBank Street (Behind the BP petrol station).

How often can I have fillers?The recommended time between filler injections can vary depending on the specific type of filler used, the location of the injection, and individual factors such as the rate of natural aging and metabolism. However, most fillers last between 6 and 18 months, this may vary from patient to patient so a customised plan will be discussed with you at your initial consultation.
